Coastline was a newsletter which reported on activities of the Board. Included are articles containing views of Board members, a chart of key dates in the program, features on completed objectives, reports on staffing, funds, and contracts, announcements of plans approved by the governor, information about coastal programs and their effect, notes about new services, and articles about coastal processes and ecology. The newsletter was illustrated by photographs, particularly of Board members, and a detailed map of the coastal boundary. The series reflects the Board's role in developing a coastal program.
